Humboldt25 is a boutique, eco-conscious apartment community in Portland’s Overlook neighborhood that needed to stand out in a highly competitive rental market.

My goal was to help them turn market interest into signed leases. I designed a brand identity that balances modern minimalism with sustainable living, using sleek typography and earthy accents that mirror the building's architecture. I then brought that aesthetic into a streamlined website designed to provide a seamless user experience. By making it incredibly easy for prospective residents to explore the property and apply for rentals, the new site hit the mark perfectly. Ultimately, this frictionless digital journey did exactly what we needed it to do by driving high-quality leads and quickly filling their available units.
