Murphy Flats is a locals-first residential development in Moab that needed a bold brand and website to attract serious desert dwellers

To capture that rugged spirit, I designed a visual identity deeply rooted in the surrounding landscape. The branding features deep desert reds, heritage-inspired type, and mesa silhouettes to tell a genuine story about life in Moab. I brought that same authentic feel to a seamless website, ensuring visitors could easily explore the property and inquire without friction. The fresh digital presence immediately resonated and built serious buyer confidence. This strategy sparked massive demand, with 32 of the 36 units quickly selling out.
